The heating in Roaster Machine is normally achieved via Jacket which is filled with special purpose heating oil. This oil is heated through Oil immersed heaters which are Electrically operated. A digital temperature controller is used to control the heating temperature up to 250 Deg. C.
Heating for higher batch capacity machines is achieved via Thermic fluid heaters, that use low grade coal or other fuels like Paddy husk, Bagasse, Fire wood, Bio/ agricultural waste, etc.
